Chapter History

The Center of the Valley Chapter, National Society of The Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR), was founded on October 6, 2012, in Valley Center, California, with 14 organizing members.  As of August 2018, the chapter had 25 active members, four prospective members, and five associate members.

Chapter members are actively involved with community libraries, schools, hospitals, churches, museums, and veteran and active duty military associated organizations, building an impressive record of community service, historic preservation, and service to our country's military.

Chapter members are from Valley Center, Escondido and various cities in San Diego. Local residency is not a requirement for membership in any chapter.
